Product description:
1. Easily control. F1 has a single filling and pressure working system.
2. The controller use SIEMENS LOGO. Buttons and knobs use Schneider.
3. It’s pipes can be washing by CIP system。
4. The machine is with easy count function that is let you know how many you are fill.
working procedure:
Pressing→ CO2 Spare Pressing→ Pouring→stop
Product description:
1. It is use the Siemens LOGO controller and Schneider ,Taiwan AirTAC solenoid valve,pump is Chinese Yuehua.
2. It own steam sterilize that is suit for stainless steel beer keg and also has steam sterilize function.
3. The whole machine use the stainless steel AISI304. All pipe welding use orbital welding system. Pipe inside and outside are clean and sanitation.
Washing working procedure:
4. Pressing → air blowing/drain off → rinse water washing → air blowing/drain off → hot caustic washing → air blowing/to caustic box → hot water washing/ to rinse water tank → steam sterilized / to rinse water tank → steam keep pressure sterilized → CO2 blowing/drain off →CO2 pressure preparing
