1. It is use the Siemens LOGO controller and Schneider ,Taiwan AirTAC solenoid valve,pump is Chinese Yuehua.
2. It own steam sterilize that is suit for stainless steel beer keg and also has steam sterilize function.
3. The whole machine use the stainless steel AISI304. All pipe welding use orbital welding system. Pipe inside and outside are clean and sanitation.
Washing working procedure:
4. Pressing → air blowing/drain off → rinse water washing → air blowing/drain off → hot caustic washing → air blowing/to caustic box → hot water washing/ to rinse water tank → steam sterilized / to rinse water tank → steam keep pressure sterilized → CO2 blowing/drain off →CO2 pressure preparing

Automatic Single-head keg washing and filling all-in-one machine

Product description:
1. It is use the Siemens S7-200 SMART controller and Schneider air break swtich,,FESTO solenoid valve,pump is Chinese Yuehua.
2. Separate pipe systems of keg washing part and filling part. It own steam sterilize that is suit for stainless steel beer keg and also has acid neutralize function. It can use the beer factory CIP to do CIP to filling part.
3Filling with inverted isostatic filling, instantaneous sterilization of the outer surface of the spear using steam , no beer lost.The machine will stop until full.
4. The whole machine use the stainless steel AISI304. All pipe welding use orbital welding system. Pipe inside and outside are clean and sanitation.
Washing working procedure:
Pressing→air blowing/drain off→Rinse water washing→air blowing/drain off→Caustic washing→air blowing/to caustic box→Hot water 1 washing→air blowing/drain off→Hot water 2 washing→air blowing/drain off→steam sterilized → steam keep pressure sterilized→ →co2 blowing/drain off→co2 pressure preparing→cylinder return
Filling working procedure:
Pressing→steam sterilize keg spear →open the spear→co2 pressure preparing→filling→close the spear→washing spear surface→drain off→cylinder return
